ELECTRA PAYS OUT INTEREST ON BONDS
Interest on the ELECTRA´s 5th Bond loan coupon will be made available to its bondholders through the financial intermediaries where Bonds A, B or C were subscribed. The total amount to be paid is 135.176.599,00 (one hundred and thirty five million, one hundred and seventy-six thousand, five hundred and ninety-nine escudos).
The annual interest rate for Bond A is 6,121% (flat), Bond B- 6.650% (flat) and Bond- 5.490%) (TBA+2%). The nominal value is 1.000 each. The carrying out of the necessary procedures for payment of interest rate value is guaranteed by the Cape Verde stock Exchange.
